It always seems the vendors are eager to return your call or email before you sign the contract, but then it’s like pulling teeth for a response afterwards. My own wedding I celebrated on the island of St. Lucia. I had always wanted a destination wedding. It was amazing! That idea of a destination wedding is part of the reason behind me starting this event business as well. “Start your event planning business” was my father’s advice four years ago! I was so busy working my corporate 9 to 5 job and putting my dreams on hold while I hustled to get a paycheck. Then life happened! I got engaged, married, and had our son all within three years! Recently, I got laid off, but I couldn’t be happier since I have my one year old son who I now get to be home with!
